Terms and Conditions

Warranty Coverage

  • Residential Spaces: Lifetime Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Commercial Spaces: Two-Year Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Non-Transferable: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to new property owners.

What Is Covered

  • Peeling from the concrete surface
  • Significant color fading under normal use/exposure
  • Blistering or bubbling of the coating under normal conditions
  • Yellowing under normal use/exposure

What Is Not Covered

  • Misuse, abuse, impact, or scratches
  • Chemical spills outside normal residential use
  • Mechanical wear, heavy machinery, or improper maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Repairs or modifications by non-authorized personnel
  • Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, hurricanes)

Warranty Service

If a valid claim is approved, the Company may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective area at no cost
  • Replace the defective product/part
  • Issue a refund or service credit equal to the original purchase price of the defective area

Note: Repairs/replacements will use materials of similar quality and color. Exact matches are not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

  • The remedies above are the only remedies available.
  • The Company is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of the product or breach of warranty.

Governing Law

If a valid claim is approved, the Company may, at its discretion:

  • This warranty is governed by the laws of the state where the product was installed.
